Defender Katja Orschmann and Sandra Weihmann have been nominated for the female category of the Berlin Footballer of the Year award.
Women 17s face Frankfurt semi-final
A week ago, Union’s team reached the final four with a successful Bundesliga campaign. A 5-2 win at Turbine Potsdam and away win in Wolfsburg enabled the women’s side to jump into second, going through to face Eintracht Frankfurt. This is the first time in Union’s history that a youth team has reached the German championship finals.
Tim Skarke makes switch to Union

Training camp at Neukirchen am Großvenediger
While Union remain in Austria for pre-season training, the location has changed. Neukirchen owes its name to the highest border mountain in Salzburger Land. At 3,657 metres, the Großvenediger, south of Neukirchen, is Austria’s fifth highest mountain. This presents ideal conditions for intensive, warm-weather preparation.
Viktoria and Magdeburg games confirmed
The squad will start preparations at a training camp in Bad Saarow up until June 26.
Information for season ticket holders
For the upcoming Bundesliga season, there will be a change to season ticket and matchday prices. Standing areas will see an increase of 2 euros per match, while seats are between 2 euros and 5 euros depending on the category.
Union to play at GG8-Youngster Cup
Like last year’s tournament, Saturday’s round of games will be played at the home of FSV Lückenwalde at the Werner-Seelenbinder-Stadion. On Sunday, the players take to the field at the home of Union at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei.
