The new TSG Hoffenheim “Turn und Sport” collection is out: You can now buy the latest Hoffe clothing at the TSG Fan Shop. Whether it’s at home, in your free time or at the stadium, the new “Turn und Sport” collection is perfect for almost every occasion and shows your connection to the club.
TSG Hoffenheim are expanding their match coverage for fans. In addition to social media coverage and the official live ticker at tsg-hoffenheim.de and on the TSG app, there will again be radio coverage moving forward too. In collaboration with Radio Regenbogen, the reporting team of Rebekka Allgaier, Markus Schulze, Johannes Zeth, David Wilke and Francesco Romano will cover TSG’s matches – starting with the one against reigning double winners Bayer 04 Leverkusen on Saturday (14 September, 15:30 CEST).
“Christopher is an experienced Bundesliga player who can play both in the left central defender position and on the left flank,” said Frank Kramer, the interim Head of Sport at TSG, adding: “He will therefore complement our squad in these positions and offer an alternative in light of the high number of matches this season as well as the possibility of injury-enforced absences. On top of that, he will be an excellent fit for our team on a human level.”
All the participants in the discussion round were in agreement: football can serve as a positive example for society and the economy. “Beyond the pitch: the future of football”, was the headline for the panel discussion, in which TSG managing director Jan Mayer, Stefan Mennerich (Bayern Munich), Horst Heldt (Union Berlin) and Kai Rippe (Sportfive) talked for almost an hour about their work in professional football with regards to data, digitalisation, AI and new content and event formats.

Due to the expected number of spectators at the stadium and the high volume of traffic, TSG Hoffenheim recommend travelling early and using public transport. Additional buses will be running to the PreZero Arena on Saturday. A shuttle service, which will run every 15 minutes, will take visitors from Sinsheim/Elsenz railway station (from the bus stop on the side facing the railway tracks) to the stadium (Sinsheim-Süd industrial estate, opposite AVR) and back again. A shuttle service has also been organised on various routes to take visitors directly to the stadium from towns in the surrounding area.

“Audio-descriptive live reporting is a key component in creating more participation and inclusion in the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 stadiums,” says Thomas Schneider, head of fan affairs at the DFL (German Football League). ’This allows visually impaired and blind fans to experience a game up close. To do this, they need good, professional guidance from the reporters, who are mostly volunteers, as well as the important exchange of ideas, in which they can learn from each other and develop further. Everyone benefits from the meeting in Sinsheim – the match reporters and the fans, who can follow the expert coverage in the stadium on every matchday.”
