Chibsah moves to Greece

Raman Chibsah will leave VfL Bochum 1848 with immediate effect. The 28-year-old midfielder is joining Greek first division club Apollon Smyrnis F.C. Chibsah, whose contract with VfL would have expired at the end of June this year, has played eleven competitive games for the Blue and Whites, scoring one goal. Both clubs agreed to keep the transfer fee undisclosed.

“Raman Chibsah has approached us with the desire to terminate his contract early in order to devote himself to a new challenge. We have complied with this request, thank him for his commitment and wish him all the best,” said Sebastian Schindzielorz, VfL’s Director of Sport, on his departure.
