FC Augsburg are using the special atmosphere at their training camp in South Africa as an opportunity to unveil their new away kit for the 2024/25 season together with their supplier Mizuno. The kit adopts the motto “Feels like home” and aims to help Jess Thorup’s side replicate their home form away from the WWK ARENA in the new season.

Photoshoot at the Kruger National Park
Our new away shirt proudly utilises the club colour of green, although a shade has been chosen that fits Augsburg’s status as a historic city built on water, which is an important aspect of FCA’s sustainability strategy. A particular highlight is the map of the city embossed into the front of the shirt, while the coordinates of the WWK ARENA are printed on the inside of the collar and our founding year of 1907 is printed on the outside of the neck. Red, green and white stripes on the collar and sleeve cuffs lend a stylish and modern feel to the away jersey, which comes with “FC Augsburg” lettering printed on the back. The photoshoot for the new away shirt took place at the Kruger National Park in north-eastern South Africa, and, in keeping with the green design, showcases our connection to wildlife and nature.
New kit to get first outing on Saturday
While the home shirt with its motto “The splendour of the renaissance” has been available since mid-July, FCA fans can now get their hands on the new away kit at shop.fcaugsburg.de, at the fan shop at the WWK ARENA, in the new pop-up store at the City-Galerie, and at the branch of VR-Bank on Annastraße. The shirt is available in sizes S to 3XL and priced at €84.95 for adults, while a children’s shirt in sizes 116 to 164 costs €59.95.
The Fuggerstädter will debut their new, green away kit on Saturday, 27th July (15:00 CEST), when South African side TS Galaxy play host to them at the Mbombela Stadium as part of the Mpumalanga Premier’s International Cup.
