VfB Stuttgart and FC St. Gallen have agreed to an extension of Jovan Milosevic’s loan for the upcoming 2024/25 campaign. The 18-year-old striker, who joined VfB from Serbian club FK Vojvodina Novi Sad last summer, made five Bundesliga appearances for Sebastian Hoeneß’ side and another in the DFB Cup before he moved to St. Gallen in February for the remainder of the season.
Milosevic featured 11 times for the Swiss Super League club, scoring three times. His contract at VfB runs until 30 June 2027.
VfB sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth: “Despite some bad luck with injuries initially, Jovan quickly found his feet at St. Gallen and caught the eye with some good performances. As such, an extension of his loan makes sense for everyone involved. We will continue to closely monitor Jovan’s progress, and we wish him and St. Gallen a successful season.”
