Travel and parking

Train:

From the main train station, take the stadium line to the “Fußball-Arena” stop. On matchdays, the stadium line service runs at five-minute intervals starting two hours before the match and every two or three minutes after the match. The journey time is around 20 minutes. All match tickets are valid as tickets for local public transport (inside Zones 10 and 20) three hours before and after the match. 

Arrival:

From the north: Take the B2 (Donauwörth-Augsburg), then the B17 towards Landsberg. Stay on it until you reach the Arena exit.

From the south: Take the B17 (Landsberg-Augsburg). Stay on it until you reach the Arena exit.

From the west: Take the A8 (Stuttgart-Munich) and then take the Augsburg-West exit (towards Augsburg, Landsberg). You are now on the B17. Stay on it until you reach the Arena exit.

From the east: Take the A8 (Munich-Stuttgart) and then take the Augsburg-West exit (towards Augsburg, Landsberg). You are now on the B17. Stay on it until you reach the Arena exit.

Cars and minibuses:

There is no separate away car park for cars and minibuses. The car parks P1 and P4 directly at the stadium (parking fee: €10) and the car park at Messe Augsburg (parking fee: €6, including shuttle bus transfer to the stadium) are recommended.

Buses:

Coaches park in the specially reserved away parking area for coaches directly in front of the away block. The parking fee there is €20 per bus.

Further information

The following materials are permitted in the away sector at the game in Augsburg:

  • 25 small flags (max. 1.5m)
  • Fence flags (provided space is available)

Stadium opening and ticket office:

The stadium will open 120 minutes (18:30 CET) before the game. There will be no ticket office on site.

Admission and blocks:

Standing area: Block W

Seated area: Block X

The away entrance is entrance 5.

Gastronomy:

Payment is exclusively possible in cashless form via a payment card or smartphone (Bluecode). The payment cards can be purchased in the away sector (€2 deposit) and returned again.

It is possible to bring in non-alcoholic beverages of up to 200ml in drinks cartons (Tetra Paks).

Alcohol limit:

Persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry to the WWK Arena.

Bags and backpacks:

Bags or pouches must not exceed a size of DIN A4. Storage facilities are available free of charge at the away entrance.

Photo and video cameras:

It is not permitted to bring cameras/digital cameras with removable lenses.

Other:

There are no pubs or restaurants within walking distance of the stadium.

Augsburg Calling is an initiative taking place on the weekend of the home game against Hoffenheim. All fans wearing a TSG Hoffenheim jersey are invited to explore the Fuggerstadt and can choose between a free guided tour of the city (Sat./Sun.: 11:00 / 14:00 CET) or free admission to the “Leopold Mozart Haus”, the “Brechthaus” or the “Fugger und Welser Erlebnismuseum”. Tickets are available at the Tourist Information Centre or at the respective museum’s ticket office.
