Borussia to visit Aue in the DFB-Pokal on 17th August

The German Football Association (DFB) confirmed the exact schedule for the first round of the DFB-Pokal on Thursday afternoon. The Foals will visit FC Erzgebirge Aue on Saturday, 17th August at 13:00 CEST.

The date for the Foals’ first competitive game of the 2024/25 season has been confirmed. Former player Nils Petersen and DFB vice-president Peter Frymuth completed the draw at the German Football Museum in Dortmund just under two weeks ago, and Borussia were confirmed to be playing away at the third-tier side. The German Football Association (DFB) have now announced the exact date and time for the match. The Foals will visit the Erzgebirgsstadion on Saturday, 17th August at 13:00 CEST.
