Whose run will end?

The Wolves are kicking off their new campaign with a glamour tie right off the bat, hosting record Bundesliga winners Bayern Munich at the Volkswagen Arena on Sunday 25 August (15:30 CEST). This will be the first time since 2012/13 that Bayern are not the defending champions, however.

Both VfL and Bayern have made a habit of winning their opening match of the season in recent times. The Green-and-Whites are unbeaten in their last six openers (with four wins and two draws), while Bayern have not lost in 12 (ten wins, two draws). Whose run will come to an end on Sunday?
