VfL Wolfsburg claimed a second win in their second league game of the season on Saturday with a 2-1 success at Köln. Jonas Wind was once again the match-winner with two goals. Here are the key facts from the game.
With two braces in two matches, Wind is joint top of the Bundesliga scoring chart on four goals together with Union Berlin’s Kevin Behrens. The Denmark international has scored all of the Wolves’ goals so far in this campaign – and he’s needed just seven shots to do so. It was the striker’s fifth brace in the Bundesliga, but his first away from home. Wind also won the most duels against Köln (15).
