The 2022/23 Away Kit

It’s the second pre-season match of the summer and time for the second shirt.

1. FC Union Berlin can reveal the 2022/23 away kit, presented by Adidas. Urs Fischer’s first-team will wear the new shirt at the MDCC-Arena against 1. FC Magdeburg.

The away jersey comes in sand colour and is decorated with the classic three stripes of manufacturer Adidas. The collar and sleeves are white with elasticated cuffs, featuring the Union lettering. The main sponsor Wefox has its name across the chest, while Comedy Central will appear for Bundesliga matches on the sleeve and Aroundtown in the DFB Pokal and Europa League. The away shirt comes with white shorts and white socks.

The 2022/23 shirt is part of the Primegreen category and is made of recycled polyester. This label highlights that products are made from recycled materials. These products avoid waste and conserve natural resources, whilst offering full functionality for sports. Adidas has set itself the goal of completely replacing newly-manufactured polyester with recycled polyester in all products by 2024, as far as this is technically possible.

The shirt can be pre-ordered online now at a price of €89.95 and is also expected to be available in all stores after the start of August. Supporters can also place their pre-orders at any of the three Union-Zeughaus stores in Berlin.
