Travel and parking
Due to the tight traffic situation in Heidenheim, it is strongly recommended that you only leave the A7 motorway at exit 117 Giengen Herbrechtingen.
Buses:
Buses can park in the away parking lot directly at the entrance to the block. The address for SatNavs is: “Heerackerweg 23, 89522 Heidenheim”.
Once you have arrived, follow the narrow road until you arrive directly at the away block. Stewards will then direct you to the parking spaces.
Minibuses and cars:
There are plenty of parking spaces for visitors at the SV Mergelstetten sports complex. From there, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the away block.

Wheelchair users:
You can also park in the away car park directly next to the away block. The official blue parking permit is required for access.
Trains:
Visiting fans travelling by train can use the shuttle bus from the Heidenheim central bus station (Platform 3). The buses run every 20 minutes starting two hours before kick-off and are free.

Stadium opening and ticket office:
The stadium will open 120 minutes (17:30 CEST) before the game.
No ticket office will be open on site.
Fan paraphernalia
The following materials are permitted in the away block for the away game in Heidenheim:
• 50 flags (pole length max. 2m; pole diameter max. 3cm)
• 50 double-holders (pole length max. 2m; pole diameter max. 3cm)
• Fence flags (advertising hoardings must remain clear)
Admission and blocks:
On matchday, blocks E1 (standing) and E2 (seating) in the West Stand will be available for us. The entrance to both blocks is directly in front of them.
Gastronomy:
One TetraPak of up to 0.5 litres (non-alcoholic) per person may be brought in.
Payment is exclusively cashless.
Alcohol limit:
Persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry to the stadium (in accordance with the Stadium Regulations and the General Terms & Conditions). In addition, random checks will be carried out using a breathalyser.
Bags and rucksacks:
Rucksacks and large bags (larger than DIN A4 size) cannot be brought with you into the stadium. There is a storage facility for these items (please contact the security staff). However, we ask you to leave large bags and rucksacks in your car/bus if possible, as the storage facilities are very limited. Storage is free of charge; no responsibility will be expected for stored items. Belt bags and small handbags can be taken into the stadium following a visual inspection.
Photo and video cameras:
Digital cameras and compact cameras, etc. which are for personal use, are permitted. Single-lens reflex cameras/interchangeable lenses etc. that suggest professional photography are not permitted.
