1. FC Union Berlin host RB Leipzig at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei on Friday evening at 20:30. The match will go ahead under 2G rules.
In order to make the stadium access as smooth as possible, supporters can pick up control bands from Thursday at all Union stores. These bands allow quicker access at the turnstiles after proving 2G status – proof of vaccination or recovery. The bands can be obtained with proof (digital), a personal ID document and the match ticket. School pupils with school ID and ticket can also get their bands from Thursday.
The bands can only be picked up personally and must be kept on until the end of the event. Here are the three Union-Zeughaus stores:
- Union-Zeughaus Ring-Center
Frankfurter Allee 111, 10247 Berlin
Mo – Sa 10:00 – 20:00 Uhr - Union-Zeughaus Bahnhofstraße

Mo – Sa 10:00 – 20:00 Uhr - Union-Zeughaus Waldseite
An der Wuhlheide 263, 12555 Berlin

On matchday, Union will not only be handing out the 2G ID at the Bahnhofstraße and Ringcenter armouries, but will also be offering the opportunity to have the 2G proof checked on site from 16:30 onwards before entering the stadium. The control wristbands will be issued outside the main stand.
