Two new additions to VfB supervisory board

In the course of Porsche AG’s acquisition of a stake in VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG, two new seats were added to the supervisory board, which now comprises 11 members. With immediate effect, shareholder Porsche is represented on the board by Lutz Meschke, deputy chairman of the executive board and member of the executive board for finance and IT at Porsche AG, and Albrecht Reimold, member of the executive board for production and logistics at Porsche AG. The board warmly welcomed the two new members at the regular supervisory board meeting on 29 February.
