Serhou Guirassy named Player of the Month again

VfB Stuttgart forward Serhou Guirassy has been voted as the Bundesliga Player of the Month for March, beating off competition from fellow nominees Alejandro Grimaldo (Bayer Leverkusen), Jamal Musiala and Harry Kane (both FC Bayern Munich), as well as Xavi and David Raum (both RB Leipzig).

Guirassy scored in all four of VfB’s Bundesliga games in March, and even hit a brace in the trip to VfL Wolfsburg. All of which contributed to his tally of 25 league goals so far in 2023/24, breaking the single-season club record of 24 set by Mario Gomez. Our No. 9 previously won the Player of the Month prize in September 2023.
