Day 4 in Marbella: Rest and recovery

On the fourth day of training camp in Marbella, the team were given a day off to recover from the intense days of training they have behind them. A short fitness session was followed by some football tennis or a Padél match, as the team sought to rest and recover as much as possible before getting back to work with two intense training sessions on Sunday.
