RB Leipzig’s Prep for Next Season: All the Dates at a Glance

June 14th to July 14th: European Championship 2024
July 25th to August 10th: Olympic football tournament in Paris as part of the Olympic Games

Season 2023/24 – Check!

Our 15th season is over, the team is on summer break before some of our boys take part in the 2024 European Championships in Germany.

All other players will start preparing for the 2024/25 season with the performance tests on July 3rd (Wednesday). The first session on the pitch is scheduled for July 4th.

The Red Bulls will train in Leipzig until July 27th before the RBL team sets off on its first US tour to New York on July 28th and meets Premier League fourth-placed side Aston Villa in a friendly on July 31st.

After returning from the USA on August 4th, we will be back in Leipzig on August 5th to put the finishing touches before the first competitive game in the DFB Cup (August 16th to 19th).

Further test games are also planned, but these have not yet been finalized. Depending on how the tournament goes, the national team players start their preparations later.
