  • With his fine footwork, impressive goals and great assists, Xavi quickly attracted attention. His performances were recognised with two awards, including being named Bundesliga Rookie of the Month.

    15 assists made the 21-year-old one of the best providers in Europe. In Germany, only Alejandro Grimaldo (19x) provided more times for his teammates.

Defensive specialists such as Nico Schlotterbeck (329) and Jeff Chabot (327) also come up short compared to Xavi.

  • Benjamin Sesko needed just 46 shots on goal to score his 14 Bundesliga goals. The Slovenian striker fired three shots (3.29) before celebrating a goal. Only Serhou Guirassy has a comparable figure (3.18) among Bundesliga strikers who have scored 10 or more goals this season. While Guirassy’s statistics include four penalty goals, Sesko scored all of his goals from open play.
