Abdou Diallo to return to PSG

Defender Abdou Diallo will return to his parent club Paris Saint-German when his loan deal comes to an end on 30th June 2023.

The 27-year-old joined RBL on loan until the end of the season in September 2022 after Lukas Klostermann suffered an ankle injury.

Abdou made 15 appearances for the club (eight games in the Bundesliga, five in the Champions League and two in the DFB-Pokal).

The centre-back also scored his only goal for the club in a 3-2 victory over Hertha BSC on Bundesliga matchday 10.

After missing a run of games between November and March due to a knee problem, the Senegal international was able to return to the matchday squad for the season run-in and was on the bench as Marco Rose’s side lifted the DFB-Pokal in Berlin.
