Together with main sponsor SAP and stadium caterer Compass-Group, TSG Hoffenheim want to reduce waiting times at the kiosks in the PreZero Arena. The “Mobile Order” project was launched to this end. Successful tests have already been conducted in the South Stand at recent home games. For the next home match against Cologne (22 April), the service can be used stadium-wide.
Mobile Order makes it possible to complete the entire selection and payment process via the Web Shop and thus reduce queueing times. You can register for it in a few steps. After selecting the stand and the desired kiosk, the desired drinks/food can be chosen and payment can be made via TSG Pay (by Bluecode) or by credit card (Apple/Google Pay can be used). Using the QR code displayed, the order can then be conveniently picked up at the Mobile Order pick-up counter of the kiosk in question.
To reduce waiting times further, the checkouts have been divided into cash and cashless payments. By making these changes, TSG is pleased to be taking another step towards a better stadium experience.
