The DFL had previously announced the timings for the first five matchdays of the 2024/25 season. The second round of the DFB-Pokal will take place between matchdays 8 and 9, with SC Freiburg set to face second-division side Hamburger SV at the Europa-Park Stadion on 30th October (18:00 CET).
There will be an international break between matchdays 6 and 7, as well as matchdays 10 and 11. The Europa-Park Stadion will host Germany’s Nations League match against Bosnia & Herzegovina in this period, with the game set to be played on 16th November 2024.
According to the DFL, the next batch of fixtures will be released the week of 4th-8th November after the draw for the round of 16 in the DFB-Pokal has been conducted.
