TSG ResearchLab presents Up&Go App

Over the past few months, the TSG ResearchLab has developed the “Up&Go” app in collaboration with Melissa Böttinger and Professor Clemens Becker from Heidelberg University Hospital. The app is designed to help people over the age of 60 test their strength and balance. The app is very simple to use. Each user receives clear instructions on how to complete the exercise test. All that is needed, apart from the smartphone and the app, is some space and a chair. The result is then shown to the user in the form of a traffic light system.
