Transport information for the game against Frankfurt

Due to the large number of visitors to the stadium and the high volume of traffic, TSG Hoffenheim recommend arriving early and using public transport. Additional buses will run to the PreZero Arena on Saturday. A shuttle service will take visitors from Sinsheim/Elsenz railway station to the stadium and back again. There will also be a shuttle service on various routes. The buses will be available at the bus terminal (P9) for the return journey. More information on departure times and bus stops can be found here (SWEG) and here (Palatina Bus).

Prömel: “Hopefully the comeback is coming soon”

It was an emotional high point in what has been a difficult season: On 23 April, Grischa Prömel celebrated the comeback he and TSG had been waiting for after a six-month injury-enforced absence. “It’s not easy when you see the team out on the pitch at the training ground every day and you are working on your own. As a footballer, you want to be on the pitch,” says Prömel. “A competitive game is a completely different beast altogether than a training session.” His comeback was successful in the 3-0 win at Rot-Weiß Koblenz: “I got through everything well and felt good.”

Counting on Nkunku

It has been a turbulent time for RB Leipzig. After losing away to VfL Bochum (1-0) and at home to 1. FSV Mainz 05 (3-0), Marco Rose’s team qualified for the semi-finals of the cup courtesy of a 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund before also winning their next two league games against Hertha BSC (1-0) and FC Augsburg (3-2). But RB’s 2-0 loss in Leverkusen saw them drop to fifth place, with the Werkself now close behind them. Leipzig are two points adrift of fourth-placed Freiburg and four points ahead of Leverkusen in sixth position. There will be one of two outcomes for RB Leipzig – either big success or big disappointment.
