VfL Wolfsburg kick off Matchday 11 of the Bundesliga this evening away to Borussia Mönchengladbach (20:30 CET). Both teams are currently stuck in mid-table and each got a point last weekend – but are in the round of 16 in the DFB Cup, where they will meet again in early December. That means two trips to Borussia-Park in the space of just over three weeks for the Wolves, but in the first match, it is all about points in the Bundesliga.
Gladbach have been uncharacteristically poor at home so far this season, registering just one win in front of their own fans. VfL have lost their last four league games on the road.
