Sven Gruel no Longer Co-Trainer

After almost two and a half years, Sven Gruel, previously assistant coach, will no longer be part of the coaching team of the women’s team of 1. FC Union Berlin. Until the position is filled, head coach Ailien Poese will be when necessary supported by Anja Matthes, coach of the women’s U23’s.

The team’s coaching staff also includes assistant coach and video analyst Felix Kaminski, goalkeeping coach Dr Laura von Zadow and athletic trainer Marcus Liebig. Together they are preparing the team for the home game against SV Meppen on Sunday.
