On Thursday 16 March 2023, 1. FC Union Berlin will take on Royale Union Saint-Gilloise in Anderlecht, Belgium, in the UEFA Europa League last 16 second leg.
In the Europa League, the visiting club is usually entitled to five per cent of the total stadium capacity, which would be 1,000 seats at Lotto Park. After intensive discussions with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise and the Belgian authorities, however, an increase of Union’s ticket quota to 2,000 seats was confirmed yesterday.
The drawing of lots for the allocation of tickets among Union members has now been completed. Winners will be able to book their tickets online from 12 noon today (Tuesday). Standing room tickets are available at a price of €29 plus fees.
Fans who do not have valid tickets for the match are strongly advised not to make their way to Belgium.
