Willi Orbán and Péter Gulácsi to lead team council

Our leaders!

The team council for the 2023/24 season has been named after a vote from the players. Willi Orbán and Péter Gulácsi will take up leading roles as in previous seasons, with Orbán being named as captain and Gulácsi vice captain.

These two will form the team council along with Kevin Kampl, Yussuf Poulsen, Emil Forsberg, Dani Olmo, Benjamin Henrichs and Xaver Schlager. Dani, Benny and Xaver are taking on the role for the first time at Leipzig, underlining their qualities both on and off the pitch.
