The most important information

The traffic pattern tested at the beginning of the season is being extended. As a result, Jahnallee will be closed at home games away from the city from three hours before kick-off. This means that the trams can bring significantly more fans to the Red Bull Arena.

The German Indoor Athletics Championships will take place in the Quarterback Immobilien Arena starting at 12 p.m. There will therefore be additional traffic and a more difficult parking situation in and around Leipzig. The parking spaces at the Quarterback Immobilien ARENA cannot be used.

In der ersten Stunde nach Stadionöffnung erwartet euch wieder unsere “Happy-Hour”. Ihr bekommt in dieser Zeit das (alkoholfreie) Stadionbier sowie Radler und Apfelschorle um 20,09 Prozent günstiger – das Bier kostet dann beispielsweise nur 4,24 Euro.
Our “Happy Hour” awaits you again in the first hour after the stadium opens. During this time you can get the (non-alcoholic) stadium beer as well as shandy and apple spritzer, all for 20% off. The beer, for example, only costs 4.24 euros.

Three hours before the game:

From three hours before the start of the game until kick-off, Ranstädter Steinweg, Jahnallee and Friedrich-Ebert-Straße are closed out of town.

Car traffic will be redirected via Käthe-Kollwitz-Straße/Marschnerstraße in the south and via Zöllnerweg/Leutzscher Allee in the north.
The route guidance is posted using LED displays and can be dynamically adjusted according to the traffic situation.

Unlike the test scenario, the city will forego major closures for departure traffic in the future.
