May 5th! The Wings for Life World Run 2024

On May 5th, 2024, your willingness to run will be particularly valuable again!

The Wings For Life World Run starts for the eleventh time and we will run together again at the same time worldwide for all those who cannot run.

You can register for the flagship runs now. In Germany, things get going with Munich. And of course you can also take part again via App Run and run with the app anywhere you want.

We are also planning to start another app run in Leipzig at the Red Bull Arena. Details and information will follow.

Here’s how it works!

206,728 runners from 192 nations in 158 countries started the Wings for Life World Run at the same time in May 2023 – runners and wheelchair users, professional athletes and hobby athletes. The unique event format with the mobile finish line in the form of the catcher car makes it possible for everyone to be part of this global movement. Together for the big goal: to one day make paraplegia curable.

100% of the entry fees for this charity run go towards spinal cord research at the Wings for Life Foundation. The donations raised support world-class research projects and clinical studies aimed at healing the injured spinal cord.
