Information for fans attending RBL vs Real Madrid

The European Champions are in Leipzig!

RBL host Real Madrid at the RB Arena on Tuesday evening.

The match is sold out. Use the official RBL ticket exchange for possible exchange of tickets.

Notes on tickets from the black market:

Tickets purchased from unauthorized platforms (i.e. Viagogo, Stubhub, Kleinanzeigen.de or eBay) do not entitle you to enter Red Bull Arena.
Futhermore, any detection of black market trading will result in the tickets being cancelled or blocked from admission.
Offering or reselling tickets on these platforms goes against RB Leipzig’s general ticket terms and conditions, it is prohibited and will be punished with a contractual penalty of up to € 2.500,00. If we discover that season ticket holders continue to sell their tickets, the season ticket can be revoked with immediate effect.
If you are unable to attend the match, you can offer your tickets for resale via the official RBL ticket exchange.
Fans who have already purchased tickets from any unauthorized, secondary market platforms are welcome to contact: [email protected], stating the block, row and seat, so that our service team can find a solution.

There will be a strike at Leipzig-Halle Airport from Sunday to Monday evening. Massive disruptions to passenger air traffic are expected. Please stay informed about your arrival with the relevant airline before you enter the country.

Due to road closures and construction work in the vicinity of the stadium as well as the increased traffic volume caused by the match day and other events taking place, travelling to the RB Arena will be made more difficult. Please take note of the following advice and recommendations.

Gates will open and admission to the RB Arena begins two hours before the start of the match. For the game against Real Madrid, this will be 19.00.

Only cashless payment is possible throughout the RB Arena in order to be able to offer you fast and smooth service.
• You can pay at all kiosks and in the fan store using common cashless payment methods such as EC or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) as well as via mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay).

Sectors B and D are dedicated fan sections of RB Leipzig. According to the stadium regulations, only neutral or RBL fan clothing is permitted here. In sectors A and C, guest colors can also be worn in addition to neutral or RBL fan clothing.

There are no separate car parking spaces available for away fans. Please use the signposted P+R parking spaces in the city area.
The fan buses from Madrid will park on Cottaweg.
For all away fans arriving by train, shuttle buses will be available before the game from 5:30 p.m. at the bus stop on the east side from the main train station to the stadium and from 6:45 p.m. at the Richard-Wagner-Platz fan meeting point. After the game, the shuttle buses run from the stadium to the main train station (West side).

Access for visiting fans is via Print@Home-Tickets.
Payment in the stadium is only possible via cashless payment, including in the guest area.
The stands throughout the stadium are smoke-free areas.
Only bags and backpacks with a maximum size of A4 can be taken into the stadium.
Power banks are not allowed.
Food and drinks may not be taken into the stadium.
