Mobile Order – Easy, quick & convenient

Reduced waiting times and enjoyable comfort: together with main sponsor SAP and stadium caterer Compass-Group, TSG Hoffenheim wants to continue to improve the stadium experience at the PreZero Arena. Since April, there has been a “Mobile Order” option at the stadium kiosks.

Mobile Order makes it possible to complete the entire selection and payment process via the Web Shop and thus reduce waiting times. You can register for it in a few steps. After selecting the stand and the desired kiosk, the desired drinks/food can be chosen and payment can be made via TSG Pay (by Bluecode) or by credit card (Apple/Google Pay can be used). Using the QR code displayed, the order can then be conveniently picked up at the Mobile Order pick-up counter of the kiosk in question.
