Travel and parking
Train:
An official shuttle bus service is offered from the main train station in Mainz. Those travelling via public transport can take the following connections:
Arena tram stop: Jakob-Heinz-Straße/Arena, lines 51 & 53
Bus stop: Kisselberg, buses 54, 55, 56, 58, 62, 74, 91, 93
Arrival:
From the north: via the A 643
From the south: via the A 63
From the west: via the A 60, L419 / Saarstraße
From the east: via the A 60
PKW:
There are no parking spaces available for cars at the MEWA Arena. Visitors arriving by car can use the free-of-charge Park& Ride car park at the Messe. Numerous shuttle buses will be in operation from there.

Buses and minibuses:
Fan buses and minibuses can park at car parking P9 by the away sector. The costs are €20 per bus and €10 per minibus.
Important: Access is only possible via Koblenzer Straße (Lerchenberg exit).
Further information
The following items are permitted in the away block for the game in Mainz:
- Small flags (max. 2m)
- Double-holders
- Fence flags (provided space is available)
Stadium opening and ticket office:
The stadium will open 120 minutes (13:30 CET) before the game.
The away ticket office opens at 13:30 CET, two hours before kick-off, on game day.

Gastronomy:
Payment must be made in cashless form by debit card, EC card, credit card and Google or Apple Pay.
Non-alcoholic drinks of up to 250ml in drinks cartons (Tetra Pak) may be brought with you.
Alcohol limit:
People who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry to the MEWA Arena.
Bags and rucksacks:
Bags or pouches must not exceed a size of 30cm x 30cm x 15cm. Storage facilities are available free of charge at the away entrance.
Photo and video cameras:
It is not permitted to bring professional cameras with an interchangeable lens with a focal length of more than 200mm and additional interchangeable lenses as well as video cameras.
Miscellaneous:
There is a drinks stand in the upper area of the away block that can be used separately from the normal kiosks.
