Beier is “Rookie of the Month”

One could say it is well deserved: Maximilian Beier was voted the “Rookie of the Month” for February by fans and experts. The TSG player beat Xavi Simons (RB Leipzig) and Max Finkgräfe (1. FC Köln) in the vote conducted by the German Football League (DFL). Beier scored three goals in February and is now Hoffenheim’s top scorer of the current Bundesliga campaign with 12 goals.

In the poll, the fan vote accounted for 40%, while representatives of the 18 Bundesliga clubs and football experts made up 30% each. Congratulations, Maxi!
