Hertha celebrated the home win against FC Augsburg in thick snow. It is unlikely that there will be many more games this season in similarly wintery conditions. The season is heading towards the final stretch, which means that spring is just around the corner! And it has a lot to offer. After the first international break of the year, there will be five fixtures in April. Four of them, matchdays 26 to 29 have been scheduled by the German Football League (DFL).
Saturday evening in Freiburg
Hertha face Freiburg away on matchday 26. The game against a side still in the Europa League takes place on Saturday, 1st April (15:30 CEST). The team then face another side still in European competition the following Saturday in the shape of RasenBallsport Leipzig, with the Champions League last-16 participants travelling to the capital (08.04.23, 18:30 CEST).
Friday evening against S04
Six days later, Hertha travel to the Ruhr once again, this time to take on FC Schalke 04 for a Friday night game under the lights (14.04.23, 20:30 CEST). The first of three remaining home games for the 2022/23 season will then take place against Werder Bremen (22.04.23, 15:30 CEST). The month is then rounded up by an away game in Munich. The exact date of the game against Bayern, however, has not yet been announced.
