Agreement to changes to bond conditions

Hertha BSC GmbH & Co. KGaA were informed by Nordic Trustee & Agency AB on Monday about the successful extension of their bond in the amount of €40 million, which will now run until November 2025. As a result, the interest rate will increase to 10.5% from 8th August. A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure, which meant that the required quorum was reached. Additionally, the required majority of bondholders voted in favour of the adoption of the proposal.

The new conditions will be implemented as soon as possible via a conclusion of an amendment and adjustment agreement between Hertha BSC GmbH & Co. KGaA and the Nordic Trustee. “We are very pleased that we have reached the quorum required to approve the extension of the bond. This gives us security for our future planning and helps to stabilise Hertha BSC’s financial situation for the coming season. Our great thanks go to all the investors who have agreed,” said Managing Director Thomas E. Herrich.
