Erik K. from Solothurn associates “honesty, work and down-to-earthness” with the city of Dortmund. On his design, the city border around the coat of arms breaks through the yellow and brings out the tradition of the Ruhr region with the coal black underneath. “What makes a good BVB jersey for me is that it transcends generations, that everyone is up for wearing the jersey,” explains the finalist.
