Borussia Dortmund will continue to offer match tickets in a digital format in the 2023/24 season. Season ticket holders will have the choice between a digital ticket and the usual plastic card.

• Season ticket holders who were in possession of a plastic card last season can log into the BVB Ticket Shop up until 21/06 and apply for a digital card there.
• The choice of the digital season ticket shall apply to all season tickets, if the season ticket contract comprises several season tickets.
• If a digital season ticket is selected, it will be deposited online in the My Account area of the Ticket Shop by the start of August. 
• Those who choose a digital season ticket will not receive a plastic card.
• In the 2023/24 season, individual tickets for each match can then be added as a mobile ticket on your mobile phone or accessed as a PDF ticket. 
• A ticket can be forwarded per game without having to send the digital season ticket for the entire rest of the season. 
• The Secondary Ticket Market can still be used with a digital season ticket.

• Those who are already in possession of a digital season ticket and who wish to continue using it do not need to do anything.
• If, like in the past, a plastic season ticket is your preferred option, nothing additional needs to be done. In that case, the season ticket will be sent without shipping costs by the start of August. 
• Holders of a South Stand season ticket in blocks 11-14 are unfortunately not eligible for a digital season ticket. A plastic season ticket will be issued automatically to those fans.
