Borussia Dortmund have signed Ole Pohlmann on a professional contract. The attacking player’s new deal runs until 30 June 2025.
The 22-year-old moved to BVB from the VfL Wolfsburg second team in the summer of 2021. A versatile attacking player, he has helped Borussia Dortmund’s U23s stay in the 3. Liga in both of the last two seasons. In total, Pohlmann has made 68 appearances (five goals and 10 assists). In addition to several friendly appearances during last year’s summer preparations, he gained experience with the BVB first team during the Asia Tour in November 2022.
“I’m ecstatic that I’m getting the opportunity at BVB and have been able to sign my professional contract. I will keep my foot on the gas every day, would like to thank everyone who has supported me so far and hope that I will one day be able to make my Bundesliga debut here,” Pohlmann said.
Pohlmann will wear the shirt number 30 from next season onwards.
