Advance sales for the game in Freiburg to start on Thursday

Club members can each purchase up to two tickets from the BVB ticket shop. All buyers will receive printed paper tickets by post following their booking.

Important information on advance sales via the online ticket shop

Since the demand for tickets continues to be very high, there has been a new information page used in the ticket shop since the start of the season (starting at 11:45 CET), which counts down the last 15 minutes before sales start. This page is used to protect the ticket shop from being accessed by too many people. The time when the ticket shop is accessed (before noon) is not decisive for subsequent ticket allocations!

Only at the start of the advance sales (at noon) will a fixed number of people be randomly admitted to enter the ticket shop. All fans who cannot be brought into the shop immediately will then be placed in a waiting room, which transparently indicates the time until the respective person will be at the front of the queue to enter the ticket shop. The position in the waiting room is also randomly assigned, meaning that all fans have the same chances. Unfortunately, due to the high demand, it is possible that all tickets will be sold out before you enter the ticket shop.
