DFB-Pokal Round of 16 clash against Wolfsburg to take place on 5th December

The Deutsche Fußball-Bund (DFB) announced the exact schedule for the DFB-Pokal Round of 16 today (Wednesday). Borussia will host VfL Wolfsburg on Tuesday, 5th December. The match will kick off at 20:45 CET.

ZDF sports pundit and cyclist Denise Schindler drew the eight pairings on Sunday afternoon under the direction of DFB Vice President Peter Frymuth at the German Football Museum in Dortmund, and handed the Foals a home game against VfL Wolfsburg.

Today (Wednesday), the DFB announced the exact schedule for the Round of 16 matches, meaning Borussia will host Wolfsburg at BORUSSIA-PARK on Tuesday, 5th December at 20:45 CET.

Before taking on VfL in the cup, Gladbach will face the same opponents in a Bundesliga home game next Friday, 10 November (20:30 CET).

The Foals kicked off their cup campaign with a 7-0 win over fifth-division side TuS Bersenbrück and then beat 1. FC Heidenheim 3-1 in the second round.
