Marius Bülter: “You could see at the start that we wanted to go on the offensive. The fact that it went so well and we scored three goals was perfect. Unfortunately, the sending off threw our game plan out the window. Nevertheless, we can’t become so passive and sit so deep. We stopped defending the flanks and then conceded four more goals. During the break, we talked about defending better out wide, but then their fourth goal was scored in the same way. As we led 3-0 after 12 minutes, I can’t explain why we lost 3-4, even if we got a red card.”

Due to the expected number of spectators at the stadium and the high volume of traffic, TSG Hoffenheim recommend travelling early and using public transport. Additional buses will be running to the PreZero Arena on Sunday. A shuttle service, which will run every 15 minutes, will take visitors from Sinsheim/Elsenz railway station (from the bus stop on the side facing the railway tracks) to the stadium (Sinsheim-Süd industrial estate, opposite AVR) and back again. A shuttle service has also been organised on various routes to take visitors directly to the stadium from towns in the surrounding area.
