•  Tickets can be posted and purchased on the official RBL Ticket Exchange from Tuesday, January 9th (10:00 a.m.).

• Resale in the ticket exchange is not possible in the RBL ticket app, but can be done in the RBL Online Ticketshop .
 

There will be no box office on match day. Please take advantage of the advance booking and take a look at the  RBL- Ticket Exchange.

• Reduced tickets can be upgraded starting Tuesday, January 9th (10:00 a.m.) in the RBL Online Ticket Shop or on the day of the match after the stadium opens (two hours before kick-off) at the “Fanhaus” service point (Jahnallee) and at the main box office (stadium forecourt).
 

Lap seat tickets for children up to and including three years of age can be picked up on the day of the match from the stadium opening (two hours before kick-off) at the “Fanhaus” service point (Jahnallee) and at the main box office (stadium forecourt).
 

• Wheelchair-using fans as well as fans with hearing impairments or severe disabilities can secure their tickets themselves in the RBL Online Ticket shop.

• Group orders are possible from the free advance sale (Tuesday, January 9th | 10 a.m.) for 11 or more tickets using the following form.

• To request referee cards, referees must complete a digital application form. The application window begins approximately ten days before the game and ends four days before.

All applicants will receive information by email at least three days before the game. If there are more requests than the available number of tickets, the tickets will be allocated by lottery.
