Lois Openda and Xavi nominated for Bundesliga and UCL awards

With his textbook finish to open the scoring in our victory over Crvena zvezda and some exceptional performances in the Bundesliga, Xavi has been seriously impressive over the past couple of weeks. As a result, he’s up for two awards this week.

Xavi’s curler in Belgrade has been nominated for Champions League Goal of the Week and the Netherlands international is also one of three players up for October’s Bundesliga Rookie of the Month prize.
