- Borussia have scored nine times from corners, which is the most in the division. Darmstadt meanwhile have netted three times from free kicks, with only Leipzig having done so more often.
- The Foals have also scored eight times from headers, putting them behind only FC Bayern in that regard.
- Gladbach have gone three games without a league victory, while Darmstadt are winless in 13 Bundesliga matches (four draws, nine defeats). This is the Lilies’ longest-ever such run.
