Perea was also on loan last season, at Hansa Rostock of Bundesliga 2, where he made 33 appearances, scoring four goals and setting up another two. The Colombian attacker first joined VfB in summer 2022 from Greek top-flight side PAS Giannina and has played 19 time for the club to date, scoring once.
