What has changed?
- In the new season, the Red Bulls will introduce the “prices starting at” concept: After the tickets’ pre-sale begins, prices may vary and increase as the matchday in question approaches.
- Additionally, this season the QR-Code won’t be available 24 hours before kick-off, but at 8:00AM CEST of the matchday itself.
- Tickets for the home matches will be made available on the RBL Ticket App 10 to 14 days in advance of the match.
- A total of six tickets may be purchased per account for each game.
• The ticket sale for our home matches usually begins four to six weeks before the game in question –which is also the time window in which the German League (DFL) sets the exact kick-off time for matches.
• The ticket sale follows three differente phases:
Phase 1: Frequent visitors
Phase 2 : Official Fan Club members, season ticket holders, as well as Gold and Silver Sustaining Members
Phase 3: open sale
• For top matches we reserve the right to not sell tickets to the open public, prioritizing those who meet the criteria for Phases 1 and 2.
• We also like to reward loyalty. Those who purchase tickets for other games will obtain pre-sale rights for top matches.
• Tickets can be found exclusively on the RBL-Online-Ticketshop. A request for tickets at fan shops or per phone isn’t possible.
• If you’re not able to purchase tickets on the RBL-Online-Ticketshop, they could be bought on open sale at the Red Bull Arena, depending on availability.
• Up to six tickets per account can be bought.
• For top matches, the maximum amount per person will be limited to two. Please note that we will cancel multiple requests (from a same address, for example).
• For groups of at least seven people, we offer group orders that will be looked after depending on availability.
• A group order form will be made available at the same time as tickets, so that group requests may be channeled this way.
• Group requests won’t be possible for home matches considered high-demand.
• Ticket prices will be made available on our website a few days before the ticket pre-sale begins.
• Prices and category allocations will vary depending on the rival and will be priced individually.
• The price for Day Tickets won’t fall below the 1/17th price of a Season Ticket.
• Standing tickets won’t exceed 19.00 Euros. The only exception to this will be special discounts (family discounts, for example). These will be announced at the beginning of the ticket sale.
• Additionally, the concept of prices “starting at” will be introduced for the 2024/25 season.
• “Prices starting at” means that ticket prices may change and increase after the beginning of the ticket pre-sale as the match approaches.
• With the publication of ticket prices before the pre-sale we’ll make sure that at the early stages of the ticket sale will always be the cheapest ticket price possible.
• However, we reserve the right to change prices, for example in certain categories, and to offer them at higher prices..
• With the new “prices starting at” we want to give our fans transparency that prices can change.
•However, it is important to RB Leipzig to offer tickets for all home games at reasonable prices.
• In the future, ticket prices will only increase to a certain extent.
• For the ticket exchange, the prices of the respective valid price category apply during the sale..
• We offer discounts for children up to 14 years of age, schoolchildren and students, young people up to 18 years of age, trainees, pensioners, severely disabled people (disability level of 50 percent or more), citizens’ allowance recipients/Leipzig Pass holders, official fan club members, and those doing Federal Voluntary Service.
• For the new season, we will only make our tickets for home games available in the RBL Ticket App between 10 and 14 days before the respective game.
• You will receive your ticket no later than ten days before the game.
• This ensures that we can react in a timely manner to any technically necessary updates.
•Starting with the new season, the QR code will no longer be activated 24 hours before kick-off, but at 8:00AM CEST on the matchday.
• With this shortened activation time window, we want to protect our fans from fraud.
• In the past, there have been some attempts at fraud using the QR code of the RBL Ticket App.
• When open ticket sales begin and until the stadium opens (two hours before kick-off), you can put your tickets for resale on the RBL Ticket Exchange.
• You can easily do this in the RBL Online Ticket Shop under “My Account”.
• As soon as we make the tickets available in the RBL Ticket App, you can also do this via the ticket app.
• If another fan purchases your ticket, we will refund you the paid price.
• We have decided to only offer tickets at full price.
• Overall, we have a high enough demand for full price tickets..
• The Ticket Exchange is a sales platform for our fans and for technical reasons we cannot offer a full price ticket at a reduced rate.
• In total, 80 percent of the tickets listed were resold last season.
• Sales on any unauthorized secondary platforms are not allowed, according to our T&C.
• We monitor the sales together with a law firm. Tickets traded on these platforms will be made void and at the same time we impose penalties of up to 2,500 euros.
• We therefore also warn against buying tickets on these platforms. Access to the Red Bull Arena may not be permitted.
• There is no box office on the matchday. Please use the pre-sale or keep an eye on the RBL Ticket Exchange.
• Reduced tickets can be upgraded when the open ticket sales begin in the RBL Online Ticket Shop or on the matchday when the stadium opens (two hours before kick-off) at the “Fanhaus” Service Point (Jahnallee) and at the Main Ticket Office (stadium forecourt).
• For children up to and including three years of age, “lap seat tickets” can be picked up on matchday from the stadium opening (two hours before kick-off) at the “Fanhaus” Service Point (Jahnallee) and at the Service Center (stadium forecourt).
• Children aged four and over require their own seat. However, we offer cheaper tickets for children.
• Fans using wheelchairs, with hearing or severe disabilities can secure their tickets in the RBL Online Ticket Shop starting on the pre-sale.
• Fans with visual impairments, please use the following online form.
• Tickets for the away block are handled exclusively by the away club.
• Depending on demand, the away blocks in the Red Bull Arena are Blocks 3.2.-7.
• The ticket includes travel to and from the venue using public transport.
• You can use the ticket five hours before and five hours after the game in the entire Middle Germany Transit District area.
• Additionally, we have additional trains with the Leipzig Transport Authority and the Middle Germany Transit District for late games from Leipzig Central Station, so that you can get home safely and on time.
