RB Leipzig Start the 2024/25 Season at Home Against VfL Bochum!

The DFL released the playing schedule for the new season this Thursday.

• RB Leipzig begins their season at home against VfL Bochum on August 24
   
• A week later (08.30 – 09.01), the Red Bulls visit Bayer 04 Leverkusen
   
• On Matchday 9 (11.01-03), RBL visit Borussia Dortmund
   
• For the 15th Matchday (12. 20-22), FC Bayern München host RB Leipzig

The kickoff times are yet to be set by the DFL.

• The pre-sale for the opening home match against Bochum and the first away game at Bayer Leverkusen starts on July 15.
• The pre-sale for the following matches will be announced shortly.

Along with the release of our new kit and the start of training on Monday, the anticipation hasn’t stopped rising. The last match of the past Bundesliga season also took place in the Red Bull Arena, another positive aspect worth mentioning.”

Top Fixtures in November and December

The home match against VfL Bochum is our second Bundesliga start that we get to play at home since being promoted to the top tier in 2016. The last time we kicked off the season at home was for the 2021/22 season. That game resulted in a 3-1 win againast 1. FSV Mainz 05.

Two great games await RBL fans in the winter months! Early November (11.01-03) our squad will be visiting Borussia Dortmund. Just before Christmas (12.20-22) the Red Bulls will meet FC Bayern München.
