A great start to the new season!
Last Saturday, our official season opener for the 2024/25 season took place in the Red Bull Arena along with a fanfest. In addition to the friendly against top French club Paris St. Germain (1:1), other highlights on the program included a visit from Red Bull athlete Adrian Guggemos and the birthday of our mascot “Bulli”.

- Over 40,000 RBL fans made the journey to the season opening on Saturday! There was plenty of action even before the game started: bike star Adrian Guggemos really got the crowd going with his creative stunt show. Our fans were also impressed by being brave and becoming part of the stunts.
The younger RBL fans also got their money’s worth: from a climbing course to target shooting or playing videogames, time flew by until kick-off.

- Our RBL mascot “Bulli” celebrated his 13th birthday this weekend. “Bulli” also proved that he has nerves of steel. But more on that in a moment…
A great show
- A Trial freestyle without Adrian Guggemos? Unheard of. The bike ace constantly reinvents himself and the sport he has long been the face of. “I am driven by my own will to do things that no one has done before.” The 30-year-old German can cross flying around in the Red Bull Arena off his list.
… Bulli gathered all his courage during the stunts and wasn’t fazed, even on his birthday.

Lois Openda scores – Xavi & Co. are back home
- Our boys received a great reception with the official team presentation before the start of the match. On the pitch, the players put up a good fight in the friendly match that ended in a 1:1 draw. Lois Openda had put the Red Bulls in the lead, PSG striker Goncalo Ramos scored the equalizer. You can find all the highlights in our match report.
Our new number 10 also made our fans jump out of their seats in joy : Xavi made his first appearance after renewing his loan inour new home jersey from PUMA. A perfect fit, in our opinion!
