1. FC Union Berlin will play Hertha BSC at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei on Saturday. The Bundesliga match will go ahead under 2G health and safety regulations.
In order to make access to the stadium as smooth as possible, ticket holders who have been fully vaccinated or who have recovered from Corona will be able to pick up a control wristband for the 2G certificate at all three Union-Zeughaus stores as early as tomorrow, Thursday.
Holders of the control bracelets will be admitted to the stadium on match day at designated entrances without further 2G checks.
Control bands will be issued on presentation of proof (digital only) of full vaccination or recovery status, an ID document and the match ticket. Students with a student ID and a ticket for the match can also receive a control band in advance.
The control bands can only be collected in person, as they are put on directly and must be worn until the end of the event.
