You deserve a massive thank-you for that. The way you carried our VfB through this dramatic and difficult season was impressive and not to be taken for granted at all.
As the people responsible, the board of directors and executive committee see your support as an incentive and obligation to do everything possible to make the 2023/24 season less exciting and inconsistent. After two seasons in which we only saved ourselves in dramatic finals, the aim must be to become more stable on the sporting front. The management will use the coming days and weeks for a thorough analysis and then take suitable steps. Information on season ticket sales and our summer schedule will be announced soon, but for now we’re happy that we’ve achieved our main target of staying up.
Our thanks go to the playing and coaching staff, all employees, all partners and sponsors – and of course to you, our members and fans. We achieved this feat – again – all together.
