Luca Kilian has left 1. FSV Mainz 05 to join 1. FC Köln on a permanent deal after spending the last year on loan there. Effzeh have used the buy option in the contract they agreed with the Zerofivers, tying him down to a deal until 2025.
Kilian, who arrived at Mainz in summer 2020 from SC Paderborn, played eight times in all competitions for the club in total.
